My experience at Sebastian's was very good, the staff were lovely and I was served a nice cup of tea. I had my roots highlighted and a toner, which was not bad - although some darkness was still left in the root, overall I was happy. The cut was excellent - done exactly how I wanted, and no putting in unwanted layers like so many hairdressers seem to insist on doing! I would highly recommend for a smart cut.
