I hvae been before and I found the service good but this time I was left waiting for a half hour, was brough to a bed with only enough couch roll for my head, and it was ripped. They obviously were doing some work on the ceiling so there were boot prints in dust on the floor. Then I was left sitting on the bed, half finished, because the wax wasn't heated properly. All these things just built up to a bad experience, and I don't think it was the most thorough wax either.
