First time visiting this saloon and had a lovely experience. My hair was awful as I hadn’t had it cut in a year!! But my stylist was brilliant sorting my hair out and suggesting things to try and I love my hair again!!

Federico gave me the best experience with my lovely new hair cut. I went in for a trim and came out with an amazing new style.
He was so positive and very calming, able to keep a humorous yet professional attitude.
The salon is great, very welcoming and friendly staff. I would recommend a visit!!

I had a booking for eyebrows and eyelashes tint one of the hairdressers called me forward and I surprisedly said I am here for eyebrow tint. She said it’s fine as she is a beautician as well. We even made a joke with one of the other hairdressers that I came in for brows treatment and I leave with short hair. She sat me down in one of the hairdressing chairs.
She asked me if I wanted thread of wax and I explained that I am actually trying to grow my brow to be a bit thicker.
She said thread is better to make the brows thicker and she stared. I was surprised as normally they colour before they shape. When she finished she said all done. I said but I came here for a tint....which then she offered to do but my skin was already on fire and I didn’t trust her to do anything else for me.
I am fuming because she left with with the worst shape I EVER had. I had dead straight eyebrows now when I was trying to keep the arch on the top!!!! The worst is I am going away on Monday! Terrible experience, I will never go back and I would not recommend to anyone.
