Lovely people, great place. But not the haircut I asked for. I asked for my hair to be cut just under my chin, but they cut it above my chin... a totally different hair cut. I could have told them to go longer if I saw how short they were going, but she had my head tilted all the way forward for most of the cut so I didn’t realise how short it was till most of my hair was gone.

I always struggle with hairdressers as I never know what I want or invariably hate what they do with my hair. this was fabulous, Gladis made my hair look better than it has ever looked. Gladis herself was a lovely woman, not overly chatty but not silent either- but this suits me. I shall definitely be going back, which is a big thing for me as I usual hate hairdressers and find going a chore
