Brilliant haircut.
Only areas for improvement would be punctuality (treatment started 25 mins late but it was a busy time - late afternoon on a Saturday) and humidity of the room (could do with better ventilation).

I was seen to slightly later than my booking time as they were busy but the overall result I was happy with and they were spot on in getting the colour I wanted. Great salon, clean and tidy and offered me a drink and magazine.
