I have never had worse colour in my life. I asked for ashy dark blonde. I had a whole range of pictures and references. I had natural light brown hair. I picked a dark ash blonde toner. They bleached and toned it and my hair is now bright brassy yellow blonde. I told them it was yellow. They reassured me that it was just their overhead lighting. They did not speak English clearly at all. They kept telling me it was fine. In the end I gave up trying to explain as they either didn’t understand or wilfully were trying to ignore the fact my hair looked nothing like what I asked for and just kept saying “it’s blonde” despite looking nothing like the colour I picked out. I felt defeated, disgusted and ignored. It was heartbreaking and I didn’t know what else to do but leave and hope maybe the lights were to blame. But no, my hair looks ridiculous and I’m going to have to go get it fixed. The only redeeming thing was that the cut was good. But they have no business dying hair. I honestly can’t believe I’ve been cheated out of over £150 for them to essentially just damage and mess up my hair. Worst mistake ever.
