Gladys is the only person in the world I trust with my eyebrows! I was offered me tea and coffee and a magazine while I waited to be seen at 11.30am. She attended me on time and thoroughly threaded my eyebrows. I was so pleased as usual with my eyebrows and she was also very quick which was a HUGE bonus.

I've been there a few times and I won't go anymore because every time they charge me different prices, but the annoying thing is that they don't tell you before the treatment, but just when they've already done the job they tell you that you have to pay extra for treatment you didn't ask for. At least, if they inform you before the treatment, you can choose if you want to go ahead or not. I asked for explanations, but they haven't been able to explain at all. Well, I used to do many treatment there, now you lost a client. You're not professional and you're just disrespectful.
