I had a great experience with Victoria at Sebastian's Hair and Beauty. I wasn't sure about the colour of my balayage straight away, and Victoria told me I could come back and have it darkened quite quickly at another time, as I was in a rush to go to work. Turns out I am very happy; I just needed a little time to get used to the change. Thanks for being so professional and for the lovely balayage, of course!! I'll be back : )
