Once again a lovely colour from the team. There was a bit of confusion around the wrong pricing on Treatwell, which was a bit annoying as I ended up paying more, but the team were great at communicating with me and I always leave with lovely hair.

Had booked the waxing - due to travelling soon, but as I’m going to warmer climes, also got more layers added to my hair (to reduce the weight of such), plus a conditioning treatment.
Gladys really put me at ease (as I haven’t had a wax in years).
She did it quickly & reassured me at every stage, plus put on some lovely soothing cream afterwards.
She also left my hair feeling & looking fabulous - which will be much more suited to the sunnier climes I’m heading to.
