Never again. Had to wait for longer than the appointment length to be seen despite having a booking. The threading itself was not good - got home to realise lots of patches were missed. I also asked for a cooling gel for the threaded area - this was then applied to most of my face and caused a break out a few days later. Terrible experience.

Victoria was very professional and she was able to fix the haircut that Antonio had not done right. Antonio's attitude was negative and communication with him was difficult. He made me feel uncomfortable during both visits. Victoria made me feel comfortable and she took time to understand what I wanted and she had done an amazing job in applying that to my very badly cut hair. I left with a different haircut that I wanted but I vary appreciate her effort and skills. Thank you Victoria
