I was slightly nervous about having my hair cut (even though I was desperate) but I felt really safe. The hairdressers had the door open, fan circulating air and where all wearing masks and visors. Everything was clean and wiped down after use - really recommend. Plus I loved my hair cut as usual!

Felt really unsure with Gladys technique but she constant reassured me it would be fine and shushed me and now I have basically a bowl cut shape of layers on the top of my hair. Which I only noticed when I got home and washed it- which I did immediately as something felt wrong with the cut.
