I don’t know if I’m more upset with Antonio or the people on here who have him a good review. My experience at this salon was awful, start to finish. First, they had no record of my appointment and tried to give me to another technician when I had specifically booked Antonio. The colour for my balayage was mixed way too quickly to have fully considered what I wanted my hair to look like. I sat there for absolute ages, and the balayage is straight up way too blonde. All in FOUR AND A HALF HOURS.

Antonio did a really good job cutting my hair. He was friendly too. The only real negative is that I had a long wait before they were ready for me.
