Gladys was friendly enough, but the wax was not what I booked. I booked a hot wax Hollywood, but there was no hot wax at all only strip wax. This was done in a rushed manner, leaving me with quite large red marks - along with being covered in wax and talcum powder. Not what you want when you’re just about to go on holiday !
