First visit. The staff was friendly. For me just the right balance of being talkative but not too much. Perfect balance. I was not sure what I wanted and the hairdresser gave clear options with advice for my hair type. When I was waiting for my appointment (bang on time) it did not matter who I was meant to be taken care of by, everyone was happy to assist. I was also happy with the regulr cleaning around me. Came out with a new hairstyle, healthy hair and very happy to have discovered this venu
