Whilst my cut was great, my hair looks like it’s been dyed a block bleach colour, nothing like a balayage or the subtle look I asked for or had last time. I felt like there wasn’t any communication even though I was quite clear about what I wanted and showed a picture of a previous cut that I’d had. Really unhappy unfortunately.
