The back of my neck was cut whilst getting my haircut. It bled for the duration of the appointment. I also believe that one of the razors used was faulty as the back of my neck is extremely irritated. It’s bright red and I’ve had to purchase a cream to soothe it. I will be looking to make a formal complaint and to receive a refund.

Always have great service here! Had a new stylist but he was great, listening to what I asked for and doing a fabulous job. Beautician Kida is always wonderful! Always love my nails and she does a thorough job with a smile!
