Absolutely excellent experience and a great haircut. Apart from running a bit behind schedule, it was a warm and welcoming environment, Gladys was brilliant, super friendly helpful and did a great job. I love the new cut and definitely going back there from hereon.

The haircut was good but everyone was slow and a bit quiet. I walked up for my 10a appointment and the receptionist was still doing her hair and my stylist came in about 5 minutes later. Probably won’t return.

Gladys was great at explaining the aftercare advice I will need to take after my Brazilian blow dry. I bought the recommended shampoo at the salon. The treatment didn't take as long as I thought initially which was great, I especially enjoyed the washing hair part, the head massage was wonderful!
