Unfortunately not impressed with the lash lift at all. Took really long and my lashes are actually no more curled than they were before and not fuller. I've compared it to photos of previous lash lifts I've had at other salons and this definitely wasn't worth it. A shame, since Gladys is lovely but I definitely won't be back. She also cut a bit of a hole into my eyebrow during the eyebrow shaping. I should have asked for a refund right then and there and was really disappointed when I got home.

Gladys was really lovely and gave me the exact cut I was hoping for after showing them a photo of an example. Really warm and welcoming and made sure I was happy with everything as she went along. Love the haircut! Have gone here for over a year now and always happy with the results.
