I've been here for two years and really love this place - they're usually flawless! Sadly, on this visit, they'd clearly had some scheduling problems and staff were managing two clients simultaneously. This meant that the dye was left in my hair for double the usual amount of time and has come out much darker.
The entire appointment took 45 mins longer than scheduled.
