Really great hair cut but wasn’t offered any refreshments and nobody took my coat had to ask whilst I was in the chair for someone to take it off my lap

The salon was clean and some of the people seemed friendly but I was ignored when I arrived and had to wait so my appointment started late. They washed my hair with cold water and let it drip all down my back so my clothes got wet. She also let all the hair cuttings fall in my lap and on my clothes.
