This was my 3rd haircut. I even complemented upon entry my hair grows wonderful after haircuts there. I asked for layers, showed same photo as perviously. My hair is thin but I had a lot of it. When I got back home I bursted into tears. I didn't lose the length as I asked, but I lost most of my volume. My ponytail is as thin as a finger. When my hair is down you can see gaps. I trusted the hairdresser knew how to complement the hair with the cut, as she did before. It'll take months to grow back

Friendly and reasonably priced local hairdresser. I used to go to top end salons in the city or west end, but this beats them all for convenience and the cut I had (just a bob) was as good as I would expect to get anywhere.
