Gladys is brilliant. She is kind, she listens to what style you would like and has the expertise to create it even more beautifully than you are expecting. I have a bob and it lasts for weeks without hours of maintenance because she does such a great cut.

Always my go-to place for a haircut in London. Gladys is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The place was quite busy on a Saturday but everyone made sure I was being taken care of.
