I had my hair appointment with Victoria at 1pm, the receptionist made me sit down and told me that she would come soon because she was on her break, 26 minutes passed (in which they didn't even offer me a drink) and she approached me with a big smile and says 'thanks for waiting'… I'm a very understanding person and I would have understood but it really upset me that she didn't even apologize. Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend it

Sebastian's is a great find in SE5! Always book my haircuts here, great service and fantastic cuts... The team are very welcoming and I am never disappointed. Prices are more than reasonable and they have a loyalty plan so you can earn rewards .. Would highly recommend!
