This has been the worse haircutting experience
Despite providing clear instructions and reference photos for an inverted bob, the hairdresser seemed unable to achieve a smooth cut as she kept shortening my hair more and more.
up to the point where I couldn't hold back my tears, feeling like a complete joke. The salon offered not to charge me for the service. However, I insisted to pay as I firmly believe that a complimentary haircut cannot rectify the emotional toll this ordeal has taken on me.
