I didn’t want to say at the time but I was disappointed in my balayage, stylist cut way to much hair off but also the colour is not the same as I have had it in the past from this salon. Usually very happy with my hair here. Feel quite devastated :(

Booked a men’s long haircut,asked for 1.5 inches off and the weight. When I went in I had a ponytail, Katy took 4-6inches off and now I can no longer tie my hair up. They saw the problem, apologised and took money off. I regret going or paying at all
