The haircut was fine but I didn't enjoy the overall experience. I was having my hair washed before I got asked what sort of cut I wanted so I was sort of hanging upside down with my head in the sink trying to hear what she was saying. I left with loads of water and soap in my ear as it wasn't thoroughly washed away. I didn't get any sort of head massage, it was just a bit rough and ready. After the cut she blow dried it freehand and not completely and then started taking my gown thing off. My hair looked awful, like a big frizzy nest on my head and I had to ask her to blow dry it properly with a brush.
