I Loved coming here and Jamie is amazing but for my colour it wasn't great I had another lady and she yanked my hair and it didn't turn out how I wanted ( although not her fault it was due to my hair not lifting) I just didn't enjoy my experience and for the money I paid I just didn't feel it was worth it

Quick, not very tidy service. I suspect the colour used was from the supermarket -went under the rain and the colour started dripping on my coat. Left with staines all over my forehead.

Very rushed to be honest. i was taken strait to have my hair washed without anyone looking at how my hair looked beforehand, ok not exactly a crime, but I've always been welcomed and asked about my requirements before washing at every other place Ive been to. I was only after a length trim and tidy up of some long layers but was probably in the chair 10 minutes and this was very rushed through, and I have a few loose strands that show now Ive come home and looked over the cut properly (which Ive tidied myself). Appreciate this was a discounted price that was offered but felt like I was squeezed in between regulars and they just wanted me out quickly
