Staff at Scruples were friendly and welcoming. I was slightly disappointed that my appointment was put back by about 10 minutes (especially as it was a 9am appointment) however the staff were apologetic about the delay and were fully attentive to my needs. My hairdresser said she may not be able to replicate the hair style I had wanted, however she sold herself short! She was more than capable and by the end I had got exactly what I wanted and very happy with my haircut. Men should be confident coming to Scruples as they are more than capable of achieving the haircut you want.
