My hairdresser was very attentive and friendly. I am very happy with my haircut. I felt like she was being rushed to finish with me which made the ending a bit more stressful.

Very disappointing. 37 minutes late (& i was the first appt of the day) with no apology. Manicure: Cut, filed and buffed my nails and immediately applied base coat without wiping the residue off my nails. When queried she replied that I should have booked a more expensive treatment. Even for a £5 express mani in other places they still wipe the residue away! Pedicure: nothing to fault other than time spent on treatment. Overall, mani & pedi, I booked a 2 hour appt. Because she was late this ended up being 1h 20mins for both. Also they don't have a wide range of nail varnish colours available. Saving grace was the young hairdresser who had to keep me occupied if it wasnt for her friendly chatter I would have walked out. If you are going to book with Elite I suggest calling them to confirm because from what was said they don't check their Treatwell appointments.
