Such a friendly salon. I had a wonderful experience and got exactly what I was looking for - which was a big cut from my long hair to a shoulder length bob. They also gave me great advice on the best way to achieve the style for my thick hair. And they didn't charge me any extra for having a re-style, which most other salons I'd researched would have done.

The lady was nice but perhaps if she wasn't working alone to answer the phone, deal with walk ins and cut my hair she might have been able to cut my hair properly.
