Terrible experience with Lydia. I booked and paid for a full head of highlights, but only received what looks like a half head, leaving a lot of my hair still dark. I now have to get it redone elsewhere. I was also charged twice—once through Treatwell and again in the salon. The prices advertised on Treatwell also didn’t match what I was charged. Very disappointing experience.
