Great establishment but wasn’t too happy with the haircut. Only lasted 15mins, no wash, everything felt rushed and hurried. Wasn’t as satisfied as my previous visits which might have been due to me not having the person I booked through the app When an appointment is booked, it should be expected that the full half hour is utilised for you.
Honestly great establishment but I felt abit let down.

Had a lovely lady cut my hair on Saturday. She did it exactly how I wanted it and with speed too as I can’t have wet hair for long as I have bad eczema. She was empathetic and understanding and a great person to chat with. I will be returning :)
