The staff were very friendly and the hairdresser has a lot of pride in his work and the products he uses. He gave me a lot of information about how to pro long my treatment. I was more than happy with the treatment and the service provided. I will definitely return to this salon

This was my first hair appointment through GROUPON (in my life) so I was a bit nervous how it would go. There was no reason to be! I usually use chain hairdressers (brand)/high street hairdressers and I have to say that after this experience I will be going back to Scissorhands again. I had a lot of questions about my hair and they were very accomodating!

I was sat down on time with a glass of prosecco, which was lovely. The owner then proceeded to do a hard sell on this product they use, Opalax. I agreed to try it out for an extra 10 pounds. He also put toner in my hair for free as I have bleached hair. Which was really nice. overall I felt that it was an average haircut, he just cut straight all the way round. When another customer asked about ingredients to hair dye he was promoting he seemed very unsure which didn't I still me with confidence. I think they are really nice and goodish value for money, although I turned up and there was a sign outside that said women's haircuts for 19 pounds and another lady confronted the man about paying more when the Sign says less outside.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THey where really kind and made sure that I was going to get something that I wanted. They also talked me through any other options they had. Really amazing. Thank you and I will definitely be back. A++++
