The staff were friendly and efficient. It is a small salon but they give care and attention to all. The colour needed fixing and this was done so free of charge with ease and understanding.

The finished result (Brazilian Blow Dry with Cut & Finish) was good, and the woman who applied the treatment was friendly and sweet, and they obviously try to be a pleasant place (they even supplied pizza!) but the gentleman who cut my hair was officious and had a serious attitude problem. He told me twice that I wasn't allowed to read - which I always do at any hairdresser because I have severe issues with looking in the mirror - "because it says you don't care about your haircut, it's about respect". Perhaps a clash of personalities there. The treatment itself was great value but I'll be paying extra elsewhere next time in order not to have someone be rude to me. I was made to feel quite uncomfortable, which I've never felt at a salon before.

While the haircut itself was fine, the hairdresser had 2-3 client he was working on at the same time! So I didn't feel that his attention was just on me, which lessened the experience.

my treatment has worked so well. I usually have very frizzy curly hair which is very hard to control and could not usually just be left to dry naturally. I have just had this treatment done and I was able to wash my hair and leave it to dry naturally - it dried amazing with no frizz at all. I am so pleased i had it done.
