It was my first visit to this salon and my hair was in such a bad state; dry, matted, tangled and split. However the lovely people at Scissorhands were kind and fantastic. They took good care of me (and indeed the other customers I saw) so by the time I left, my hair was totally transformed. It looked healthy and shiny, the cut was done with speed and efficiency. Lots of people have commented positively on my new hair since!
