He charged me an Extra 15£ because I have 'thick' hair... I heard him saying to another customer the same so I guess this is an extra fee they add on for everyone. it took half the time from other places I've had keratin and didn't smell as strong - not sure if that's good or bad. The straighteners weren't a good brand and didn't see an optimal shiny effect after using them. The aftercare treatment did not look of good quality so I didn't purchase. Staff friendly but the place needs a bit of tlc and tidy up.
