He charged me an Extra 15£ because I have 'thick' hair... I heard him saying to another customer the same so I guess this is an extra fee they add on for everyone. it took half the time from other places I've had keratin and didn't smell as strong - not sure if that's good or bad. The straighteners weren't a good brand and didn't see an optimal shiny effect after using them. The aftercare treatment did not look of good quality so I didn't purchase. Staff friendly but the place needs a bit of tlc and tidy up.

Prices shown on Treatwell aren't the same as in store - it's £16 to walk in off the street, I paid £20 for a haircut that was advertised as £50 on here. The quality of the hair cut is poor (short hair) the shave isn't blended well at all. I got a lot of comments in the office! Nice enough place and staff - it's just not what it is trying to be. Disappointed.

Wonderful team! Very happy with the haircut. I have quite thin hair and not many hairdresser know how to work with that we'll but Mitochondria did a great job. I felt like I didn't even need to tell. Him what to do, he just knew.
