Can't fault them, a really friendly and helpful salon, they explained everything and made sure I was happy with the service. I opted to get a colour as well as the Brazilian blow dry and they accommodated me for that without any problem. It has taken me a couple of weeks to get round to writing a review, and my hair is still looking in really good condition - i usually colour my hair at home, and it would be looking dull by now, but the organic colour they used is lasting really well so i will be going there again in future. Thanks very much!

perfectly good haircut. though kept telling me my hair was really dry and i needed to come back in for a treatment. we've all heard that one before!

The staff are very nice and make you feel welcome. However, my haircut was poor. The cut is not straight and the layers uneven. I am now going to have to pay another salon to have it fixed.

Second visit wasn't as great as the first. The staff are fantastic and really friendly. I was given coffee, biscuits and pizza, so felt very welcome. It was a busy afternoon though and I could my appointment was being rushed. The result is that my colour didn't come out at all as I'd asked for. Mito had to redo it, which made me late for my afternoon plans. Not sure I'll be going back.
