Unfortunately I was unable to make it to my appointment as I had a family emergency. I called in advance to let Mito know that I won't be able to make it and was hoping to reschedule the appointment. He only offered me to come in one hour later than scheduled otherwise I would lose out on the appointment I had paid £189 for. I tried to explain my situation and I got quite upset and desperate because that was a lot of money for me and if I could I would make the appointment but it was out of my control. I would have hoped for a little bit more understanding especially since I've been there before and even referred two friends who are now his customers.

lovely little salon, i turned up early but they accomadated me. the owner was so helpful as i didnt know whether to keep growing my hair out or.cut it right back into a bob snd he gave me options and generally did the best haircut ive had in a long time!
the only thing missing would have been a nice hwad massage during shampoo but thats about it. they also offer dry cuts for £22 so will be back
