The hair treatments (I got the olaplex) were good and staff are pleasant. However the haircut was an absolute disaster (and he admitted later he did it in a rush!). My hair was visibly uneven on the left and right. I had to go back to get it fixed. The cutting method is very rookie, no partitioning of hair in sections just a straight run of scissors, which leaves an unfinished look. And the finish entailed an iron at 235 degrees! Have to wait 6 mths before I can get iowa fixed given the length I have lost. From time to time I need to snip long hair strands. ( incidentally there were 2 other clients who walked out disappointed. He told me he could tell but did not seem to think it was his fault!)

a lovely placed. but sadly my hair cut was so rushed, and they didn't do what I'd asked.
