The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I enjoyed my time there. The haircut I received was fine, but I was a little disappointed with the finish, especially the front layering, which I had to get fixed by someone else. Overall, a nice salon however.

After years of bleaching my hair I came to Scissorhands to get back to my natural hair colour. This was definitely not an easy ask but after the initial shock of having an entirely different hair colour, I have to say I'm very happy with the result. Mito listened to all my concerns and re-toned my hair three times to get the exact colour I was looking for. I will be back!
