Very friendly staff. Listened to how I wanted to restyle my hair and gave advice as to products suitable for my hair type. Lovely products used, made my hair feel very smooth and silky. Scissorhands is great for a quick, no frills drop in session but not somewhere I’d recommend for anything more. Probably ideal for those who need a straightforward cut quickly and efficiently rather than those who want a “salon experience”
