Nikita was brilliant and made me feel really comfortable! Had a great experience overall; only went in for a trim, but my hair was left feeling fresh and the silkiest it's ever felt (the homemade secret shampoo was AMAZING!). Thank you ☺️

Cancelled my booking out from under me as their system was totally down. Stylist not in the building to rearrange the appointment or refund me. It was only a fiver so I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to contest it. They did a really good job on my eyebrows last time I came here but they were having similar tech issues and couldn’t find my treatwell booking so I paid twice. It’s all very unprofessional and I won’t be coming again. At least I consistently get service at other places.

I had the most lovely experience at this salon. My finished hair looks amazing! Highly recommend this place. The owner took such good care of me, and took a lot of time and patience to ensure my hair was finished to an exceptional standard. Friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel at ease as soon as I sat in the chair. Thank you again for my lovely hair!
