Solange is the best! So warm and welcoming from the second I arrived to the second I left. It felt like a friend was doing my hair, which was done in very quick succession and I can honestly say her 18 years of experience show in her craft. I had three rows of LA weave installed and the precision of the weft is noticeable every time I do my hair since. Thank you S! 🤍

Cancelled my booking out from under me as their system was totally down. Stylist not in the building to rearrange the appointment or refund me. It was only a fiver so I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to contest it. They did a really good job on my eyebrows last time I came here but they were having similar tech issues and couldn’t find my treatwell booking so I paid twice. It’s all very unprofessional and I won’t be coming again. At least I consistently get service at other places.
