I never leave bad reviews but just warning other girls don’t book here for a wax. Booked at 9 and the waxer arrived at 10:15. Had a Hollywood wax and 3 people opened the door where many people were and tried entering in the room while I was exposed as no sign on the door or no lock. Staff not bothered I had to wait over an hour. Another girl left as she was booked in for 10 (I would had done the same)

I waited 40 minutes to be waxed, I think because I booked on the very same day through treatwell the staff wasn't quite expecting me. As for the wax, it was gentle.

Lovely service provided whilst I got my nails done, helped to give ideas on the nail art and was able to re create the vision I wanted, the nails turned out amazing! Really happy with them.
