Absolutely horrific experience, wanted to get ombré. Told the staff before even starting, showed them a photo of what I wanted and they said they can do it. Later, after the soak and at the final step they said ombré can’t be done. I had absolutely zero idea what to do at that point. I was in no position to walk out with nails in that condition. Moreover, they’ve injured two of my fingers resulting in bleeding. The shape of the nails is not what I requested as well and don’t even look alike.
