Girls were super friendly but it was a very loud salon! The room I was in didn’t have full length walls so you could hear everything in the rest of the salon like the talking and the hair dryer blowing - when having a facial it wasn’t really what I was expecting. The eyebrow waxing was fine and I was happy with the shape but I was left with some small scratches which were on my eyelid for 3 days afterwards.

I realise I booked the appointment on the day, however upon arrival the staff spent 10 minutes going back and forth between each other before informing me they hadn’t seen the appointment, however they would squeeze me in if I could wait 20minutes. My appointment felt very rushed and once I’d left, I noticed eyelash clusters falling off straight away. I would say I lost 10 clusters off each eye by that evening and now, less than a week later I have a handful left.
