I have been to Sarasin Spa loads of times and have booked the same treatment, half an hour back neck and shoulders before and it's been amazing. This time I feel was really poor. The usual standard was not even close to being met. I felt most of the time my skin was being rubbed as opposed to the muscles been worked on. I came in really suffering with shoulder pain and left pretty much feeling the same. It's disappointing to leave feeling I've spent money on a poor service that I usually trust
