This is my second visit to Sarasin Spa and I would highly recommend it. I find an expertly executed Thai-style massage is ideal for me as someone who sits at a computer and drives long distances for my day job, and holds a lot of stress in my hips and shoulders. The team at Sarasin always manage to get me moving more freely again!

Had to mark a star, but didn’t actually get my massage as they’d double booked. I’d booked on Treatwell but when I arrived for my reservation, they said they didn’t have a therapist available for another half an hour. Agreed with the reception on 15 mins but after this time, they still said another half hour or suggested I re-book another day. Decided to leave and won’t bother going back. Was all a bit strange
