My massage was cancelled 15 minutes before it started due to staff shortages. I was disappointed and should have been informed earlier. I have asked for a refund which I am still waiting for.

Amazing massage that worked out lots of knots in my back and shoulders in particular from working at a desk all day. A was really knowledgeable and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

The massage was great. Tina is really great at her job. Respectful, has great hands and takes good care. However, the atmosphere of the spa itself was not the greatest. I personally don't mind that much,but it might be a pointer for other people. The room was right by the reception and stairs so you could hear calls being made, people going up and down the stairs etc. Faint music was coming from the reception itself and not the room,so maybe if the music was inside it might help a bit.
