I was expecting just a foot massage but ended up with a full-body massage instead. While it was nice, it wasn't what I wanted. Plus, I felt really sore for the next two days from all the stretching. All I wanted was a nice half-hour foot massage as it was my birthday present to myself, but I didn't get it
